We only collect the personal information that is necessary to lawfully and ethically carry on our business, to provide the information, products and services our customers and contacts request, to communicate efficiently with our customers and contacts, to keep our customers and contacts informed of products and services that are available from us, and to responsibly market our products and services. Our contacts include people who are employed by customers and people who may use, specify or recommend our products such as contractors, builders, consultants, engineers, and their employees. Unless we need particular information to supply the specific information, products or services you request, or to open a credit account for you, the personal information we might collect about you is limited to your name, gender, contact details, occupation, employer, relationship to or dealings with us or our customers, and details of your participation in our events and promotions and your purchases of our products and services. If you apply to us to open a credit account we may collect information about your financial position and credit history.  

We may use personal information we hold about you to send you invitations to attend our events, information about promotions and your participation in them, or communications about our products and services, but we won’t send you communications if you’ve told us that you don’t want to receive them. We do not disclose personal information we hold about people to any entities outside Airtec Australia to allow them to market their products and services.

For example, we may use external contractors to manage our databases or websites or to attend to our marketing communications. We ensure that these contractors are bound by obligations of confidentiality and may only access information to the extent necessary to provide the services we require.

Delivery & Payment Terms

Our online store has been developed to assist our customers to easily place orders for new air hoses, fittings and accessories at any time of the day. Our service is dedicated to ensuring your business has new parts promptly delivered to your door. We welcome enquiries and orders from new business customers and the general public.

We carry an extensive range of products at our warehouse. Providing the product or part is in stock, the team at Airtec will endeavour to delivery your order the next business day to metro areas in Australia for orders received by 12noon EST (orders under 3kg). 

Note: Orders over 3kg and large items are sent by road freight which generally takes around 3 working days. We will always contact you if any special conditions or delays are expected regarding your order. Airtec have a good working relationship with a number of leading logistics carriers to provide both air and road freight to anywhere around Australia or overseas.

  • all orders must be paid in full prior to delivery (online orders do not incur a surcharge for payment by Credit Card)
  • OR your business must have a Credit Agreement in place with Airtec Corporation Pty Ltd

YES. Credit card transactions from this website are processed directly to our bank via a payment gateway. The transaction is encrypted via a GeoTrust SSL certificate. No credit card details are kept on our server or stored on a database. If you complete your purchase over the phone using your credit card, any details are destroyed as soon as the order is processed.

Circumstances we do not have control over that may alter delivery times include but are not limited to:

  • road closures due to local roadworks, accidents, natural weather events or natural disasters
  • airport delays or closure due to weather or other events
  • breakdown or accidents incurred in the logistics and transport of our goods
  • public holidays that are state specific may affect delivery times
  • incorrect delivery details or persons not present at delivery site to sign for goods

Airtec Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. We will accept product returns and provide an exchange or refund if:

  • the product is faulty, or
  • the product is not fit for it's intended purpose, or
  • the product does not match our description

A refund or exchange will only be offered on original proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please note:

  • a re-stocking fee of 20% applies
  • return freight costs to be paid by customer

Refunds will not be issued on items supplied as part of a prize or trade event auction item; however, we may consider an exchange. All Airtec products are covered by a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. For full details please see Terms and Conditions of Quotation and Sale (.pdf file)

As a leading Australian supplier of high quality air fittings, hoses, gauges and tyre inflator equipment we operate from our warehouse at The barton in Adelaide, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (CST). We will make every effort to reply to any enquiries within 24 hours of any business day. Product Warranty

All Airtec products are covered by a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. This includes our Digital Tyre Inflators, Axle Load Gauges and Analogue Service Gauges. Air hoses, hose assemblies, fittings and air chucks are not covered unless stated otherwise. On the rare occasion that a new air hose or fitting is found to be defective or faulty we will of course replace that item. Product warranty does not cover damage by misuse, faulty installation, unauthorised repairs, incorrect maintenance or accidental damage. All Airtec products should only be repaired by an authorised service agent or returned to our office by courier for repairs. We offer a prompt service and exchange program from our office and warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia.
